I am a 12+ years experienced professional, looking for a career transition. I had a few options on my end based on my self-reflection and my assessments. I found Srini Sir randomly online as a career coach and instinctively enrolled.
We had 2 stages – a quick enquiry wherein he understood about me basically, my intentions and where I stand. Then the video pre-counselling session, which went on for almost 1 hour, where he grasped an overall, deep understanding about me across all aspects.
I undertook the personality assessment for 40 minutes and then had a final counselling session which lasted for 2.30 hours, wherein he presented the report based on my assessment, interpreted it, and provided his suggestions.
Throughout this career coaching, I found him very curious, non-judgemental in hearing me out, and he provided a holistic coaching and way-forward solution which I was able to resonate with so deeply.
He is an effective culmination of deep understanding of people, behaviour, and is open-minded, adaptive, and still carries his legacy of rich industry experience to offer us guidance and solutions.
I strongly recommend Srini Sir to students, working professionals, and experienced professionals who are looking for a transition. I personally continue to stay in touch with him.
